Chief Executive Officer, Marketboomer

Current responsibility: strategic direction for the business and for its main products, maintaining major client relationships as demonstrated through an unbroken series of renewals and in developing a culture within Marketboomer that is unique and conducive to the on-going success of the business.

Previously: Product Strategy Director responsible for aligning product capability and market needs with minimal development resources.  1992-97 procurement management with Southern Pacific Hotels Corporation.

 

 


Jon Santos: Customer Success Leader

Jon has worked in Marketboomer for over 5 years specialising in customer support. He has worked with many of the suppliers and purchasers using Marketboomer to help improve their usage in the Marketboomer platform. Jon has also completed a degree in Software Engineering and has previously worked in Customer Support for a web development company.

 

 


Guido Sauer: Key Account Manager

Guido joined Marketboomer in 2007 after he completed his bachelor’s degree in hospitality and tourism management at the University Centre Cesar Ritz in Switzerland. Guido previously completed a 3 year training as a ‘hotel specialist’ at the 5* Steigenberger Parkhotel in Dusseldorf,Germany and worked at reception for the renown ‘Dorchester’ hotel in London. In his role he is focused on procurement strategies for our customers as well as marketing activities, such as the newsletter.

 

 


Tony Pizzamiglio: Business Development Manager

Tony has worked as a project manager for software development companies for over 10 years. Tony joined Marketboomer in a support capacity and has also worked in Account Management roles for both The Hyatt and Mirvac Groups. Tony is now primarily focused on a Business Development Management role but is actively involved with all facets of Marketboomer.
