David Mayman
Executive Chairman, Marketboomer
– joined in 2003


Current responsibility: strategy and business development globally.

Previous: 1998 to present:
responsible for the development and successful commercialization of emerging IT companies including FulfilNET and Australian Local Search (LSS) and joint ventures with significant print publishers in Europe for the development of online search businesses. LSS, having been created in 2003, was sold to News Limited in 2006.  As well as launching new businesses he played a pivotal role in convincing major organisations that bringing the SME online at an early stage will reap benefits for their organisations into the future.  1988-98 was spent as a management consultant and in senior management in a variety of industries.



Nathan Gyaneshwar
Chief Executive Officer, Marketboomer

– Co-founded Marketboomer in 1997


Current responsibility: strategic direction for the business and for its main products, maintaining major client relationships as demonstrated through an unbroken series of renewals and in developing a culture within Marketboomer that is unique and conducive to the on-going success of the business.

Previously: Product Strategy Director responsible for aligning product capability and market needs with minimal development resources.  1992-97 procurement management with Southern Pacific Hotels Corporation.



Declan Monahan
Managing Director, Marketboomer International
– joined in 2000

Current responsibility: international expansion and specifically new markets development which now includes the EU, the Middle East and China.

Previously:  MBA Business Development Director and responsible for the majority of the company’s early sales successes.  Prior to MB he spent eight years in corporate training & consulting specializing in innovation and change.  Qualifications include a Masters in Management Information Systems.



Conor Lawler
General Manager UK, Ireland and CFO
for Marketboomer International

– joined in 2005

Current responsibility: Management and development of the UK and Ireland whilst looking after the finances for the company.
 

Previously: Eight years as Director of Finance with Hyatt International Hotels and four years with Forte Hotels, followed by five years with his own business in Ireland. His qualifications include a Higher Diploma in Hotel Management along with a BSC in Business Management from Trinity College Dublin and a Diploma in Financial Management from ACCA.

  


Chris Webb
General Manager, Marketboomer Middle-East FZ-LLC

– joined in 2004

Current responsibility: driving adoption and application maximization amongst newly won clients in the Middle East.

Previously: 20 years supply chain experience including the establishment and sale of two import and distribution businesses in the UK and as a Supply Chain consultant.  His qualifications include an MBA from the University of Bath in the UK as well as qualifications in economics and computer programming.



Anson Lau
General Manager, Marketboomer China Limited

– joined in 2006

Current responsibility: Establishment and development of Marketboomer’s presence in China.

Previously: as Head of Software Development for Australian Local Search he built and led the team that developed the technology base for the company.  Prior to that he was the Development Manager (Software) for FulfilNet Australia Ltd.  His qualifications include B Eng in Computer Engineering (Hons) and Masters in Advanced Finance (UNSW).  Anson is fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin.



Simon Cameron
Chief Operating Officer & Company Secretary, Marketboomer
joined in 1999

Current responsibility: finance, administration, company secretarial and governance issues.  He has been successful with R&D Start, ITOL, ATS & EMD grant applications. 

Previously: gained extensive experience in general management, operations and business development with corporations such as Boral Limited, as General Manager, Windows Division – NSW; GKN Australia as General Manager, Rentals and General Manager, Modular Buildings; GKN Autoparts as Director of Operations; and Brambles Ltd, as Wreckair Hire Equipment Asset Manager. He has tertiary qualifications in business (MBA), logistics management and corporate governance.
